How LeadUp works, what it sees, who sees the results, and what it costs.

GETTING STARTED
LeadUp analyzes real meeting behavior to show individuals, teams and organizations what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next. We call this Team Performance Intelligence.
One recorded meeting you took part in. Upload it and you get individual feedback on what you’re doing well and what to improve. It’s free, with no credit card.
Regular meetings of the same team that are already recorded, such as weekly team meetings, planning sessions and reviews. Live or past meetings both work. For a team report, upload three meetings of the same team.
No. LeadUp works from the meetings your team already holds and records. There are no surveys or self-assessments to fill in.
Most team measurement relies on surveys, self-reporting and periodic assessments. LeadUp reads what people actually do in meetings, where the behavior you want to improve happens every day, so you can see change from one month to the next.
THE REPORT
Six signals in three layers. Capability: Decision Making and Adaptive Capacity. Connection: Open Dissent and Trust. Clarity: Purpose Alignment and Role Clarity. Each is rated Strained, Watch, Steady or Strong, with a confidence level. Cards run from most urgent to least, and each ends with one thing to try at your next meeting.
Every reading comes with a confidence level. High means the recordings show the signal often and the meetings agree, so you can act now. Medium means check it against what you see. Low means most of the signal happens outside meetings, so treat it as a question and use the checks in the report to answer it.
Meetings sample talk. Trust and follow-through happen mostly between meetings, and silence is ambiguous: few objections can mean agreement or held-back doubt. The report says so on each card, and gives you checks for what the recordings miss.
A proprietary behavioral ontology that translates more than 20 years of leadership and team research into machine-readable behavioral signals. The report lists the research behind each signal.
With the Team Performance Program, yes. LeadUp writes a development page for each person it analyzed in at least two of three meetings, and each page starts a one-to-one conversation. The program also adds an individual development plan, coaching, and a new reading every month. The $199 Team Report covers the team as a whole and shows who would get a page.
Tell the team lead or LeadUp. The next report records the correction. The story in each report is a working hypothesis, and LeadUp is testing it against outcome data.
PRIVACY & TRUST
No recording is permanently stored. Meetings are analyzed under high privacy and safety standards.
Individual feedback is private to the individual. The team report goes to the team lead, and each member sees their own page before anyone else. At the organization level, leaders see aggregated patterns, not personal data.
No. Individual pages are for development only and are never used for ratings, assignments, or promotion decisions. Research shows feedback used only for development has produced about three times the improvement of feedback tied to appraisal.
LeadUp is built to be enterprise secure, designed for SOC 2 and GDPR from day one.
PRICING & PROGRAM
Individual feedback from one meeting is free. A Team Report from three meetings of the same team is $199, one time. The three-month Team Performance Program for one team of up to 7 is $7,500.
We work with one team of up to 7 for three months. We baseline the team from its own meetings, then coach, and you get before-and-after data on the team.
The program launches in November 2026.
All prices are beta prices. First customers get introductory pricing, stated in writing as the lowest they will pay.
Teams can continue with a Team Intensive, where we baseline each team from its own meetings and then coach. Organizations can add Culture Monitoring, a culture dashboard built from meetings.
